2. License Grant

YU SOFTWARE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the POS Raja software subject to the following terms:

• Single user license for Basic Plan
• Multiple user license for Professional Plan
• White label rights for Enterprise Plan
• Software updates for specified period

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before software activation. We accept payments via:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI Payments
• Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas

4. Software Usage

The POS Raja software is designed for:

• Retail business operations
• Inventory management
• Accounting and billing
• Customer management
• GST compliance

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software remain with YU SOFTWARE. You may not:

• Reverse engineer the software

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Within 30 days of purchase
• Software not activated or used

2. Non-Refundable Items
